A Community Health Needs Assessment identifies the critical health needs of a community through data collection and analysis. Using community data and input from community members and organizations to identify health priorities, strategies are identified to address the top health priorities, as outlined in the Implementation Strategy.

1970

On October 1, the hospital was purchased by members of the community and Prairie Ridge Health, Inc.  was formed.  The hospital grew to a 70-bed facility serving Columbus residents, as well as the area and communities surrounding it.
