You do not have to be super strong because there is always someone stronger than you are. Also, you do not have to be in top physical shape as the techniques taught are quick and to the point. The techniques are for women of all ages and only last between a second and a second and a half and it’s over. In this class, you will be put into simulated life-threatening situations and will be shown how to defend yourself and break out of them. Uniforms are not required. Recommended are loose clothes, shorts are acceptable in summer.
