The Prairie Ridge Health Surgical Services Department provides coverage for you and your family 24 hours a day, seven days a week in our surgical suites, located on the hospital's ground level. Regular hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with elective procedures taking place between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Emergency surgeries are also performed.

Inpatient Surgeries

  • Total joint replacements
  • Prostate surgery
  • Hysterectomies

All surgical procedures must be scheduled by a surgeon, with a referral from your family physician.
