Kathy Taylor is a Physician Assistant on the general surgery team. She specializes in pre- and postoperative care as well as general surgical care.

Katherine is a Columbus native. She received her bachelor's degree at UW-La Crosse majoring in microbiology. She then went on to Indian State University where she graduated from the Physician Assistant Program. She completed several of her clinical rotations within Prairie Ridge Health in various specialities. She loves the diversity and complexity of general surgery and is happy to be caring for her community. In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching live music and helping on the family farm.

Sean Ackerman received his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. He attended residency and fellowship at the University of Vermont and is board certified in both General Psychiatry and the subspecialty of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Ackerman has also spent time in research at the University of Washington Autism Center, and has published articles in journals such as The Journal of Autism & Developmental Disorders, Fertility & Sterility, Biological Psychiatry, The Journal of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics, and JAMA Psychiatry.

Dr. Ackerman's goal is to provide patients with a treatment plan that addresses the whole person. Sometimes that means he draws upon his training in evidence-based psychopharmacology. However, he also specializes in wellness and positive psychiatry. Over the years his practice style has evolved to be one in which he focuses on emotional-behavioral growth as much if not more than prescriptions. 

When not in the clinic he’s usually with his wife and children - preferably outside in the woods, on a lake, or hiking a trail. He also watches way too many movies.

Carolyn Reabe, MD is board-certified in general adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has been in practice since 2003. She grew up in Wisconsin and completed her Bachelor of Arts at UW-Madison and completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. 

Dr. Reabe completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa and worked in Tulsa for 5 years before moving back to Wisconsin. In her free time, Dr. Reabe enjoys exercising, spending time outside, traveling and spending time with family.

Elizabeth (Jodie) Perkins has been with Prairie Ridge health since 2002. She has provided care to the community as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and a Registered Nurse (RN) in a wide variety of areas including surgery, medical/surgical, and OB units. Jodie is now continuing her career with Prairie Ridge Health as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is excited to continue caring for patients from birth and beyond. Jodie offers an array of services including wellness and prevention, treatment of acute illnesses, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.

She obtained her bachelor's degree from Herzing University and Masters in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Illinois. Jodie is certified in Family Practice with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Elizabeth Zeeck is board certified in dermatology. She grew up in Montana and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA, where she completed her internship and her residency in internal medicine.

She completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.  

In her free time, Dr. Zeeck enjoys spending with her family, running, and reading.
