Welcome to Prairie Ridge Health
Our facility provides a variety of guest services to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and convenient as possible. From free Wi-Fi to dining options, we strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment that caters to the needs of our patients and their visitors. We hope that you will find our guest services helpful and accommodating during your time at Prairie Ridge Health.
Guest Resources
The Ridge Café (Cafeteria)
We pride ourselves on serving fresh, wholesome, seasonal meals that are planned and prepared daily by our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Culinary Team.
Evening and weekend meals (except for lunch) are made to order for guests in the cafeteria. Patient trays may be ordered from the patient menu by calling the culinary department at 920-623-7400 from 6:30am – 6pm.

Saturday & Sunday: 7am to 9am
Lunch:
Monday through Sunday: 11am to 1pm
Dinner:
Monday through Sunday: 5pm to 6pm
Curbside To-Go Lunch Services (The Ridge Café)
The Ridge Cafe provides a Curbside To-Go lunch service for your convenience. Community members are also welcome to dine-in and carry out!
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Here’s how it works:
- Starting at 9:30 a.m., call our Curbside To-Go team at 920-623-7400 to order lunch for the day.
- You can order in advance or 20 minutes before you pick up.
- We accept credit/debit card payments over the phone when you place your order.
- We’ll have your to-go order ready between 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- When you arrive at the designated parking spot, call or text the number on the sign (920) 626-2976 with the name you provided for the order, and our team will deliver it to your car.
- Normal cafe pricing applies. Check out our monthly menu above for our daily specials. Ask about our desserts of the day and add a beverage to your order upon request.
The Perk (Coffee Shop)
Our coffee shop, known as The Perk, features coffee by local roasters, fresh baked goods, real fruit smoothies, and an expanded menu including gourmet desserts, salads and sandwiches.

Friday: 7am to 1:30pm

Gift Shoppe
At the Prairie Ridge Health Gift Shoppe, you’ll find a variety of thoughtful gifts and cheerful surprises to brighten the day of your loved ones. We have a wide selection of items, including greeting cards, candy, gifts, seasonal items, accessories, therapy items and more. Not sure what to choose? Our friendly volunteers are happy to assist you in selecting the perfect gift and can offer gift-wrapping services as well. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, and all proceeds from the gift shop go towards supporting patient care at Prairie Ridge Health.

Visiting Hours
Our visiting hours are 7am to 8pm daily.
Children are more than welcome if they are accompanied by an adult.
The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings and vehicles, and on all grounds owned or leased by Prairie Ridge Health, including clinics, parking lots, and facility-owned vehicles.
