The Diabetes and Wellness Support Group provides education, fellowship, and support to help you better manage your diabetes and lead a healthier lifestyle. You do not need to have diabetes to attend - friends and families are always welcome! Each month we cover a different topic and materials for each meeting are provided below in case you are unable to attend in person.

The group meets the Third Week of Every Month at Prairie Ridge Health.

    • Wednesday from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
    • Thursday from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
