InBody Assessment

Go Beyond the Scale to Learn What You’re Really Made Of!

Prairie Ridge Health recently completed a Community Health Needs Assessment. This assessment will help us determine how to structure our health care and education offerings to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the next few months we will be working on an Implementation Plan to determine how our offerings will change. As always, we will continue to provide exceptional care as we guide the journey to health and wellness.
