Salt free taco seasoning

Spice up your taco night with this blend. Great added to ground beef, chicken, steak or fajita vegetables!

•             1 ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
•             1 teaspoon Cumin
•             ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
•             1 ½ teaspoon Paprika
•             1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Tuscan Seasoning

This Tuscan inspired rub is great all-purpose blend great on pasta, chicken, vegetables, fish, salad and bread! 

•             ½ teaspoon Basil
•             1 ½ teaspoon Oregano
•             ½ teaspoon Rosemary
•             ½ teaspoon Sage
•             ½ teaspoon Thyme
•             ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Blackening Seasoning
Originally conceived of as a fish recipe, today blackening seasoning is used to treat all kinds of food, including shrimp, steak, chicken, pork and even vegetables. Blackening adds a delicious, spicy, smoky element to food that many people find irresistible!

•             1 teaspoon Paprika
•             ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
•             ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
•             ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
•             ¼ teaspoon Thyme


Mocktail Recipes:


Apple Pie Sparkler:

1/3 c apple cider
2/3 C sparkling water
Apple slice and cinnamon stick for garnish


Cranberry Citrus Cocktail:

½ C Cranberry Juice
½ C diet lemon-lime soda
Frozen cranberries and any fresh herb for garnish
